Who We’re Looking For
🧡 Caregivers (OLTL & ODP Services)
If you’re compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping others live with dignity and autonomy, we want to hear from you. Ideal candidates will:
- Provide personal care, companionship, and daily living support
- Help individuals meet their goals in accordance with ODP guidelines
- Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
- Experience is a plus but not required. We provide training!
🧠 Behavior Specialists
As a behavior specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing strategies that support emotional and behavioral growth. Ideal candidates will:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA)
- Create individualized behavior support plans (BSPs)
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- BCBA or Master’s-level credentials preferred, but we’re open to dedicated professionals in progress.
